More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling various areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
